You guys rock! Thanks so much for your replies. Cinders, I will check out the options you have listed, and Allan, I may yet take you up on the offer! Sam, I have tried to restrict myself to special occasion buying only :) and Manda, it is also my sisters birthday, so you are in very good company there!
Onward and upward. I am feeling the most human I have in a week today, regardless of the fact I have just finished night shift and need to stay awake as long as I can. I will have some brekky soon and that will wake me up a bit. I have decided I need to do something physical today, I have been lazy for too long now. In January (I know, FIVE months ago!), I bought the zumba DVD's with the misguided assumption that I would work out with them at home and save money on classes. I was right in one way, I stopped going to classes! Yet the box remains unopened. Until today! I WILL open them today and MOVE.
I want a Zumba body. Actually, I want this Zumba body.
I have also realised that I really need to track my calories. I have done this previously in my journey (it feels like groundhog day sometimes) and it does keep my accountable to myself. It is far to easy to ignore calories if I don't see them in front of me. I just re-downloaded the nutrition and exercise manager from Calorie King that I have used over the last 6 years (I found my email receipt from 2005!). I recently had to get a new computer when my laptop died, and had not got around to re-installing all my software. How convenient for me. Well, no excuses now, I've got it open at the moment and I will start with my breakfast soon.
So they are my two must-do's today. MOVE and TRACK. I have several other "should-do's" such as Mt Washmore, study, unpacking the half-unpacked suitcases on the bedroom floor, finish tidying the office.... Are we noticing a pattern here? I seem to start things and not finish them.
No longer! I will be a finisher!!
I'll start by finishing this post. Have a lovely day everyone xox

I LOVE Zumba! I do the classes at my gym...I have a horrible habit of NOT working out at home when I say I will. If I force myself to go to the gym, I'll actually do it.
